Comes to Windsor again!!! We hung out at the park as we waited for Neenie to arrive. They were both already very excited when they saw the big tent as we passed it by. We got there in time to sit on the front row. I was thankful since they were both in their strollers. Kinda sad to think that was probably the last time we'd use it. Levi and Sophie's face lite up as the first act out was a very small little girl that honestly did look much bigger then the two of them!! Levi was so mesmerized that while Sophie was munching down some popcorn he would occasionally open his mouth for her to feed him!! Not taking his eye off the center ring. It was a good night!

So we kept saying when it gets cooler we'll do this and that. Well it's here. Like every year when September arrives the nights get cooler, the pool gets closed, the life jackets put up, and all the water fun has come to an end. It's time to take a look at the to do list and get busy. This year we have more than normal on that list. There's some old rot by the back door and in the kitchen. Last weekend William replaced the seal and some rotten plywood by the back door and this weekend we started laying tile. Needless to say it's a back breaking job. By days end Saturday he was yet to lay the tile and his old back was already gone. Sunday, right after church my brother calls to see if we want to eat out with them and I ended up giving him the scoop on William, not wanting him to come and help. Just letting him know why we wouldn't be meeting up with him and that we were gonna just go slow in the utility room cause it was kicking his butt. Chris showed up anyway and by this evening our tile was laid! Tomorrow evening I can grout it and THAT will be done!! Now there's 250 sq feet of teak waiting to go down in the kitchen!! Wonder if we'll fit that into our September to do's......

Two years ago today we embarked on a journey to the other side of the world to graciously receive the child that the Lord had planned for us. Before she was born, before we were born, He knew the plans He had for us. And what a wonderful plan it is!! She is more than we could ever ask for. Her smile, her laugh, just the sound of her voice is pure delight. Lord, I thank you for all of your blessings, but the one I love the most just crawled into her bed, said her prayers, and fell soundly asleep!
